2.6 How to Communicate More with Your Visitors

  • After you are done signing up and verifying your email address for your Tawk.to account, you will receive a small JavaScript code in your email inbox called a Property Chat Code

  • Copy the Property Chat Code and go to your store’s Admin Panel
  • Go to System > Configuration
  • Under General section, click on Design and then expand Footer section
  • Paste the Property Chat Code in Miscellaneous HTML content section
  • Please make sure you don’t copy the code inside any existing code, make a new line after or before any existing code before you insert the code
  • Click on Save Config
