Live Chat:


By adding a Live Chat service to your store, you will be able to offer instant support and get instant feedback from your customers. 

If you want to enable live chat service on your store, you need to subscribe and create an account with Tidio .

Step #1 : How to Get the Publick Key
  • Login to your Tidio account
  • Click on the Settings icon as shown below:

  • Scroll down and click on Developer as shown below:

  • Copy the Publick Key displayed below: "Save it you will use it in the next step"


Step # 2: Configure Tidio Chat on the store
  1. Log in to your store's admin panel
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll down and click on Edit button on Live Chat section as shown below:

  1. Paste the Public Key "from step # 1" into the text field
  2. Click on Update as shown below:


And below how the live chat icon will be displayed on the homepage:
