How to create pages & link them to you store?

Introduction


In your store, you will need to create pages to give more information and details of your services, products, materials, press ...etc.



To Create a Page you can follow the steps below:


  • Login to your admin panel

  • From the left sidebar go to  “Appearance”

  • Scroll down to the Pages section

  • Then click on the “Edit” button under Static Pages


  • Click on “New Page”

  • In Title enter the page title

  • The Slug will be auto-generated depending on the Title field (the slug is the part of URL that will identify the page)

  • In Content text area enter the page content

  • Click Create


You can link the created page in:

1- Footer section:

Now the footer is the bottom of the page of your online store, and as the name implies, Footer Links are links that are available at the bottom of the page. It’s just a convenient place to put a link that gives your customers more information and details about your store.

How to Link the page to the Footer:


  • Login to your admin panel

  • From the left sidebar go to  “Appearance”

  • Scroll down to the Sections section

  • Then click on the “Edit” button under Footer

  • Under Company section you can enter the page title

  • Click Update


2- Menu:
The menu is your store menu where usually you would like to show the categories you have in your store, and you might like to add pages (ex: how to use?, About us, Happy Customers ...etc), the menu shows at the page top.

How to Link the page to the Menu:

  • From the Admin panel go to Appearance

  • In General Section.
  • Click on Edit button in Menu Section as shown below:

  1. Click on Add Static Page
  2. Select the page 
  3. Click Add
  4. Click Confirm
