Staff Accounts

Introduction

When your store is created, you are automatically granted an Administrator access with an administrative permission to all operative functions in your store. If there are others on your team or service providers who need access, you can create a separate user account for each, and assign a restricted role.

Steps how to add a new Staff Account and give them a certain access:

  1. From the Admin panel go to "Settings" 
  1. Click on Edit on Staff Accounts box as shown below:

  1. Now press on + 
  2. Now fill the account information 


  1. Uncheck This staff account has full permissions if you wish to give a specific access to check the needed access (ex: only products access) as shown below:

  1. Click Invite

Now they will receive an email to set the password and sign in.
