Importing Products
Introduction
Do you have hundreds of products?
Now you can upload all of your products on the store by applying few steps.
In this article we will discuss 2 points:
1- How to prepare the products sheet and the images folder.
2- How to upload the sheet on the store
First Step:
Download the importing sheet from your store and that by following the below steps:
From the admin panel go to Products
Click on Importing icon as shown below:
Click on the Hyperlink to download the sheet as shown below:
As shown below 5 records for one product with multiple size and color
SKU: the sku of the product
Product Name: the name of your product
Price: the price of the products according to the currency you set the store with.
Description:
Attribute 1 - Attribute 2 : you need to follow the exact format “Name of the attribute = Value” like color = black
You need to fill the attributes only for children products, not the main one.
Parent: if this product with the multi-option belongs to another product write down the SKU of the parent product.
Tag 1 - Tag 4 : where you want to assign the products to “Category name”
Second Step:
Collect the images of one product in one folder and name this folder with the same SKU, for example, if the SKU of the product is SKU001, Then the folder name should be SKU001
Collect all the folders of the products’ images in one main folder.
Third Step:
From the admin panel go to Products
Click on the bulk upload icon as shown below:
Upload the sheet in the correct place as shown below:
Upload the image folder in the correct place
Click on Continue as shown below:
Another window will be open to review the products and its details as shown below:
After finishing with the importing process a summary will be shown.
Click on Finish.
Outcome
At the end of this article, you should be able to upload the products in bulk.
